The Cause

Our name is a declaración of love for our Spanish Heritage

To honour the Mediterranean culture, we named our unconventional school after a Spanish tradition, sobremesa.
However, in order to preserve the Mediterranean lifestyle we hold so dear, we must protect not only its customs but also its waters.
The Mediterranean Sea is a unique ecosystem, home to a wide variety of marine wildlife.
To ensure the survival of these species, their habitat, and maintain ecological balance, we must protect the Sea’s biodiversity and ecosystem.
To do so, we support organizations and foundations that fight to defend, conserve and protect marine wildlife and the Mediterranean Sea from environmental destruction through innovative and sustainable projects.
