Reschedules within the season
Your weekly slot is fixed; If something unavoidable comes up, cancel with 24-hour notice and book a make-up before Apr 2 (subject to availability).

High-touch guidance, measurable outcomes
1:1 coaching, conversation-led practice, and a mid-season check-in. You finish with confident speaking and a personal roadmap to keep growing.
