This is a small-group experience, designed for 2 to 4 guests. The intimate format allows for deeper conversation, personalised guidance, and a relaxed pace.
The experience includes a welcome Spanish aperitivo, followed by three glasses of wine paired with three carefully selected dishes. The tasting is guided by sommelier Nika Shevela, who introduces the wines and the cultural context behind them.
The experience lasts approximately two hours, allowing time to explore the wines, their stories, and the cultural context that shapes them.
